FFF Pro terms of sale

These terms cover the purchase of the FFF Pro report. They are short and written to be read. If anything is unclear, ask before you buy.

Last updated 2 November 2026.

1. Who you are buying from

The FFF Pro report is sold by Allcow Trading Company LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 7768986, registered office 14 North Street, Bourne, Lincolnshire PE10 9AB. We trade as The Message Business. The FFF Assessment is published with Presentation Guru.

We are registered for VAT. Our VAT number is GB894385372. The price you see includes VAT.

You can reach us at jim.harvey@themessagebusiness.com. We answer within two working days.

2. What you are buying

You are buying one personalised PDF report of about eighteen pages, generated from the sixty answers you gave in the FFF Assessment. It contains your profile, your scores on Fit, Focus and Flair, all fifteen subscales ranked, your two development priorities with practice steps, and a 90-day plan. Three short passages are written for you from your scores.

The report is generated for you at the moment of purchase. Every copy is different, because every set of answers is different.

3. Price and payment

The price is £39, including VAT. Presentation Guru readers can use the code GURU19 at checkout to pay £19 until 23:59 on 18 December 2026. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or hold your card details. If your payment fails, no report is generated and nothing is charged.

If you are on a client programme, your organisation pays for your report and you unlock it with a programme code. You pay nothing.

4. When you get it

Straight away. As soon as your payment clears, the report is written and the download starts. It usually takes about twenty seconds.

The page you land on after payment is your receipt, and it keeps working. Bookmark it, or keep the confirmation email from Stripe, and you can download the report again whenever you need it.

5. Your right to cancel, and why you give it up

Buying digital content online normally gives you fourteen days to change your mind. That right ends once the content is delivered, if you asked for it to be delivered at once and agreed that you were giving the right up.

That is what the tick box at checkout does. You ask for the report to be generated straight away, and you accept that once it is generated you lose the automatic fourteen-day right to cancel. If you want to keep that right, do not tick the box and do not buy.

6. Refunds anyway

If you buy the report and you are unhappy with it, email us within fourteen days and we will refund you. You do not have to explain why. You can keep the PDF.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.

7. What the report is for

FFF Pro is a self-development tool. It describes how you answered a set of questions about how you prepare and deliver presentations, and what that pattern tends to mean in practice.

It is a reflective tool. It has not been through independent psychometric validation, and it is not a clinical or psychological assessment. Do not use it to make decisions about other people. It is not designed for recruitment, selection, promotion or any other employment decision, and we do not licence it for that use.

8. What you can do with your report

It is yours. Read it, print it, keep it, and share it with your coach or your manager.

You may not republish it, resell it, or reproduce the framework, the practice content or the report structure as your own material, in training you deliver, in a product you sell, or in anything you publish.

If you want to use the assessment with a team or inside a programme you run, that is a licence conversation and we are glad to have it.

9. Our intellectual property

The Fit Focus Flair model, the assessment, its questions and scoring, the practice content and the report design are protected by copyright. Buying a report buys you the report, and nothing else.

10. When something goes wrong

If the download fails, go back to your receipt page and try again. If the report will not generate, arrives incomplete, or you were charged twice, email us. We will fix it or refund you.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the report.

12. Your information

What we collect, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted are set out in the privacy policy.

13. Complaints

Email jim.harvey@themessagebusiness.com and say what happened. We will reply within two working days. If you are not satisfied, you can go to the Citizens Advice consumer service.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring proceedings in your own courts.
